Biography

I’m a writer and filmmaker with a passion for character-driven stories, the kinds of stories filled with people so crazy they must be real. Some major influences are Clarice Lispector, Pedro Almodóvar, and Richard Linklater.

In 2021, I received my MFA in Fiction Writing from the University of Alabama, where I taught undergraduate creative writing and screenwriting. Since then, I’ve written and produced a book of short stories, two tv episodes, and several short films. In 2024, I made my directorial debut with Not Just Friends Episode 2, after helming an IndieGoGo campaign that raised over $30,000 and became the site’s #1 trending campaign.
